A Note From Jim

Brothers and Sisters In Christ:
My thoughts and prayers have been with Erric Ross from Rolling Hills. He is in the middle of a three week eco training session in Uganda. I encourage everyone to read his blog which you can see to the right here.
Several of you will be making trips on your own in the next few weeks and/or months and Erric present some thoughtful observations. We can all share in his blessings. Remember to keep him in your prayers.
Other items- The Timothy Project team from North West Hills in Corvallis will be leaving shortly for their mission trip. We look forward to their blogs as God uses the mightily working with these kids.
Just as the NW Hills group is departing, Jonathan Martin from Good Shepherd will be heading up leadership training with the pastors from the local Church of Uganda. His daughter 18 daughter will be joining him for this outreach.
In February Mike Hildenbrand Sunset Presbyterian, will be joining a team from Peacemaker Ministries as they see firsthand how God is using Peacemakers on changing the hearts of the people in Karamoja.
I have met with several other people regarding the next Timothy Project mission in the summer ’10. Dr. Bob Sayson and I met to discuss a medical team for August of ’10

WOW!! This was going to be a short note just about Erric, but as I began to write I realized we have some major blessings God is handing out through every single church within CAT. Not only churches but individuals. If you consider where this has come in just over two years. The Holy Spirit is moving in our churches and members. He is breaking down barriers not only in Karamoja, He is working among our very churches bringing us together. We need to embrace this.
